Why it shows “exited” when I’m trying to contact the live support?

It happens that our live support always shows “Exited” when some of our clients are trying to contact us through it. It is because they need to change their Internet settings to cover this problem.
How to change to the accessible settings? We will illustrate it step by step.
Step 1: Open an IE (Internet Explorer) Browser, and then find the “Tools” on the first menu line of the page, click “Tools” and choose “Internet Options”
Step2: Open the “Internet Options” window, and choose “Scurity”-“Internet”-“Custom Level” respectively.
Step3: Open the “Custom Level” window, and access to the “Security Settings”, choose “Enable” for the option of “Script ActiveX control marked safe for scripting”, click “OK” to save the changes.
