Why I only received part of my order?

Sometimes we may deliver our clients’ orders partly and partly, that we may split your original order into pieces. After finishing one of these orders, we will update the status of the corresponding order to “Delivered” and remain the others’ status “paid”. Once we have completed the delivery of the whole orders, all the split orders will change the status into “Delivered”.

That is the reason why some clients doubt that they only received parts of their amounts in the game. To pursuit faster delivery speed and higher satisfied service for our clients, we may deliver the order as soon as we have the stock even though it may not reach the amount of the whole order.
