There are two kinds of verification at present: one is tel-verification, and another is ID verification.

Tel verification:

Please leave the correct telephone number in your personal information, our customer support will contact you after you had placed the order, what you need to do is answer some simple questions. If you missed our telephone, you can also contact us via live chat, Email, message or telephone, we will try to re-verify your order as soon as possible.

ID verification:

Please scan or copy your identity card or bank card into the electric file, then send to us via the upload function for our live chat or email to us, our customer support will verify your order according to that. Please be aware of that you can cover part of the digits of the bank card in case that your personal information will not display to the outside, only the first digits and the last digits are needed.
The valid certificates for ID verification involve: identity card ,passport and driver license which all are within the expired time.

What shoud I do if I am not willing to do the verification?
You can choose the payment methods which do not need to do the verification: Bankwire，Western Union，Paysafecard，sofortüberweisung and Starpass.

What should I do if my verification was failed?
We will do not offer the delivery for the order which you placed with the same payment method, please choose the methods which do not need to do the verification so that we can continue our delivery.
